You're using Spotify when you find terrific music that you would like to recommend to your friends. A messaging app may be used to spread the song, but there's a simpler method.
Step 1: Open the page for what you want to share in order to obtain a scan code. It could be a playlist, artist, album, and song.
Step 2: Toggle the heart icon by tapping the three dots.
Step 3: The page which opens will have the album cover art, along with a barcode (the Spotify scan code) that may be scanned. With just a quick scan from their Spotify app, your friends can visit the artist's profile right away, or the song, album, and playlist may start playing for them.
Step 1: The process of finding a Spotify song code on the online app differs slightly from the process while using a smartphone.
Step 2: Open the Spotify app and select the song, artist, playlist, and album you would like to share.
Step 3: To the right of the heart icon, press the three-dot menu.
Step 4: The menu will display; move your cursor over the Share button to broaden the options.
Step 5: To make the album art and Spotify Code visible so that your friends may scan it, choose Spotify Code.
Step 1: It's an easy process to scan the code that a friend is simply sharing with you.
Step 2: Open the Spotify app, then select the Search option from the toolbar at the bottom.
Step 3: Choose the Camera icon to the right of the search bar on the search screen.
Step 4: If you're using Spotify's scan feature for the first time, you might get an official site outlining how Spotify Codes function. To proceed and give Spotify access to your Camera, choose Scan.
Step 5: The Spotify code will automatically check if you align it with the window on your screen.
