1) Reboot Your Streaming Device

Your error code can easily be fixed by performing a simple power cycle. In this process, you will have to shut your device down completely and then disconnect it from the power source.

You have to let it remain disconnected for a while and then reconnect it. In case your device has a sleep mode, then you must ensure that your device shuts down completely. 

2) Sign Out

Another solution that will help you fix this error code is signing out of Netflix and then signing in back again. This will refresh the data and clear the error.

In case you are experiencing issues while signing out of Netflix using the app, then you can try signing out of the Netflix website.

Navigate to the Account page of Netflix and then choose the option of Sign out of all devices. 

3) Clear the App Data and Cache
