1) Check Your Internet Connection

First of all, you need to check that the internet is working on other devices such as your laptop and phone.

Step 4: Press OK to confirm that you want to remove the app. 

b) Reinstall Netflix 

Step 1: Select the Start or Home button for opening the launch bar. 

Step 2: Go to the launch bar and then search for the LG Content Store and then select it. 

Step 4: Use the arrows on your remote for reaching the App tab and then click on it. 

Step 5: Search for Netflix and then select Install. 

4) Select Location Correctly 

Netflix has various libraries in other areas because of strict agreement and Netflix is not at all lenient with the rule breakers. So, if you wish to fix the service problem, then you need to return to your home market. 

For instance, if you belong to the United States and you have changed your location to Australia, then you may get locked out. Rather than giving you access to one country's library. It won't let you use any.
