1) Use Another Device to Sign in 

If you are experiencing a Netflix site error, then try to sign into Netflix by using another device. Make sure that the device you are using is on the same network as your computer.

If you see an error message on the screen, then that means there is some problem with your Netflix account. In order to fix this problem, you must make changes to your Netflix account. 

2) Restart Your Browser


If the above-mentioned solution does not help you with your problem, then try to fix your problem by restarting your browser. Below are the easy steps that you need to follow to restart your browser. 

  • Close your browser.
  • Reopen it and then launch Netflix. 

3) Shut Down Your PC
