Spotify is a Sweden-based audio streaming platform that allows you to access over 50 million podcasts and songs. It provides users with a web player that you can play on the browser. This way, you are not required to download the app.
Recently, we have been seeing a lot of reports of users who are not able to play audio on Spotify web. In this issue, users fail to play tracks. Even refreshing the page does not work.

Step 3: Select the button of Privacy and Security given at the left pane. After that, go to the heading of "Cookies and Site data".
Step 4: Select the button of Cler data and then select the Clear option when you see the message appearing on the screen.
Step 5: Now, launch the Spotify website and then play the audio to see if the issue is still persisting.
If you are using Microsoft Edge, then carry out the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Launch the browser and then select the menu button appearing at the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Choose Settings from the various options appearing before you and then select the Clear browsing data option.
Step 3: Select the button of "Chose what to clear" and then check the first 4 options in the last.
