• Please make sure that the indicators are green and then choose Personal Information. 
• Now, select Submit to download and install DirecTV2PC. 
• You need to enter the product activation key in order to complete the installation process. You will see this activation key in the inbox of your email that you provided at the time of download. Once you enter the key, you will be able to access the DirecTV DVR on your computer and then watch recordings.
