I have Used Sling on Roku for about Five Years Now. The Parental Controls to NOT ALLOW Purchases has Worked Very Well. Now It does Not?

Back in September, Sling TV on Roku parental controls stopped working to control rentals or additions of channels. The rating controls works as it should, but I can rent any movie and add any channel / service within Sling without any prompt for the pin. Anyone heard of this and do you know of any fix. I have deleted and reinstalled the Sling app, I have changed passwords and reset all the parental controls again. I have four Roku in the house and they all perform the same way with the same settings. I have tried this functionality on my laptop in a web based session, the control works just as it should. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times. The first three just assumed I was trying to get free stuff. I finally got someone to send a ticket to Tech Support, that is going on two weeks ago with NO response, even after a 1 week follow-up call. Please help. thank you
